VPSI is seeking an experienced Animal Health Sales Professional with sales management history or experienced sales history and looking to make the jump into management. The ideal candidate will be a professional with vision and energy for sales growth and expansion. This position is a great opportunity for a sales manager to demonstrate leadership and vision while being a key company advisor.
Jobs Responsibilities
-- Candidate will be responsible for managing an existing sales force.
-- Candidate will work directly with ownership in implementing sales oversite procedures and direction.

Sales Manager Qualifications
-- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
-- 3-5 years of experience in sales management as a sales executive or in a leadership role in the sales department
-- Proven track record of sales success
-- Excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and communication skills
Compensation
Package to include salary, bonus, medical, dental, vision and 401K based on industry experience.
