Location: Flexible; proximity to a major airport preferred
Travel: ~50–60% domestic, with some international opportunities

Position Overview

Endovac Animal Health is seeking a Swine Technical Services Veterinarian to provide technical leadership, customer support, and field expertise for our swine portfolio, with a focus on Endovac-Porci®. This individual will serve as the primary technical liaison for veterinarians, producers, distributors, and industry stakeholders, delivering credible science, driving adoption, and supporting Endovac’s growth trajectory in the swine health market.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Service & Customer Support

  • Serve as a trusted scientific advisor to swine veterinarians and producers on disease prevention and management, emphasizing Endovac-Porci’s broad-spectrum gram-negative protection and unique Immune Plus® immunostimulant technology.
  • Conduct farm visits, technical presentations, and continuing education programs to train clients on product protocols, handling, and disease management strategies.
  • Provide rapid, practical solutions to on-farm production challenges tied to gram-negative bacterial pathogens.

Research Collaboration & Field Trials

  • Collaborate directly with on research and R&D initiatives to advance understanding of product efficacy and field application.
  • Support the design and oversight of field trials, working with academic partners and producers to generate data that strengthens Endovac-Porci’s scientific profile.
  • Assist in translating trial outcomes into technical bulletins, white papers, and publications.

Commercial & Sales Team Support

  • Partner with the sales team to provide science-backed training and in-field support.
  • Assist in developing technical messaging that positions Endovac-Porci in the swine vaccine marketplace.
  • Participate in strategic customer meetings, supporting account development and retention.

Regulatory & Compliance

  • Ensure proper technical documentation, adverse event reporting, and regulatory support in collaboration with the CVO and regulatory team.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of product labels, slaughter withdrawals, and USDA/CFIA compliance.

Industry Engagement & Thought Leadership

  • Represent Endovac Animal Health at veterinary conferences, producer meetings, and industry events.
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders, universities, and professional organizations to elevate Endovac’s presence in the swine industry.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent); active U.S. veterinary license.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in swine practice, production medicine, technical service, or related roles.
  • Strong background in immunology, vaccine use, or herd health preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate science into practical solutions.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (domestic and international as required).

Compensation

  • Base Salary: Highly competitive and commensurate with experience, typically falling within the range of $140,000 - $170,000 per year..
  • Incentives: Robust annual bonus structure tied to measurable targets: product adoption rates, successful execution/interpretation of field trials, and strategic commercial growth goals. Discretionary profit sharing.
