Summary:

The Zoetis ERP Delivery functions are a part of the Zoetis Tech & Digital (ZTD) organization. The ERP Delivery functions are responsible for the delivery of Zoetis SAP Projects and enhancements for Enterprise ERP and related application solutions based primarily based on the SAP technology platform.

This role will report to an ERP Functional Lead on the SAP Logistics and Supply team within the Planning & Logistics ERP Delivery team.

Responsibilities:

  • Functional Designer with a focus on SAP Logistics related solutions
  • Requirements gathering and estimation for SAP Enhancement requests
  • Perform thorough analysis to identify all potential impacts for enhancement requests
  • Team member on diverse team of colleagues, consultants, and/or contractors
  • Training others to bring them up to speed quickly and making them productive members of the functional team.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn existing Business Processes and combine knowledge from multiple disciplines (e.g. SAP capability, Standard industry best practice)
  • Ability to work independently, effectively deliver multiple priorities in a dynamic and changing environment and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Experience in international environments with co-existence of global accounting and local statutory needs
  • Review and analyze solution enhancement requests to determine complexity and provide resource/cost estimates
  • Develop, prototype, test and implement SAP ECC Logistics solution enhancements
  • Conduct SAP WM/LE/TM process configuration changes for approved change requests
  • Update and maintain all SAP/WRICEF functional documentation
  • Conduct Unit tests, Integration tests, and Regression tests
  • Update and maintain all related functional documentation

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or Business field required
  • 6-8+ years of SAP delivery & configuration experience with multiple full life cycle implementations with the following modules:
    • Logistics Execution (Distribution) (LE)
    • Material Management (MM)
    • Warehouse Management (WM)
    • Transportation Management (TM) is a plus
  • Design and configuration experience of key logistics processes. Including, but not limited to the following:
    • Inbound/Outbound Delivery Processing
    • Logistic Service Provider Integration
    • MM/WM data setup
    • Shipping/Transportation
    • Internal Material Movement Processing
    • Master data
    • Basic Stock Management
    • Physical Inventory
    • Batch Management
    • Stock Transfer and Replenishment
  • Inter/Intra Company Procurement
  • System Integration with:
    • 3rd Party Logistics Providers (Interfaces)
    • 3rd Partly transportation planning and shipping tools (high volume small packages as well as LTL and FTL)
    • SAP application areas such as SD, MM, PP, etc.
  • Experience with WRICEF Functional Design
  • Test execution (Unit, Integration, regression)
  • Knowledge transfer to Production Support at conclusion on project/enhancement delivery
  • Experience with S/4 HANA is a plus
  • Experience in life sciences / pharmaceuticals industry preferred
