Description

Responsible for process development, management, and strategic usage of analytics in the areas of inventory and financial optimization across the supply chain. Cross functionally manages and strategically optimizes supply chain performance around the key components of our international production costs (IPC). This includes managing and strategically minimizing inventory destructions and optimization of our absorption forecasting, performance, and cross functional alignment with Operations. Cross functionally manages IDR (Inventory Destruction Request), approval workflow, and inventory reserve process. Establishes and manages strategic inventory target setting process and goals for site planners to effectively manage and optimize site working capital/inventories. Considered the strategic problem solving position around inventory optimization, effective capacity utilization, SCM reporting, & risk management.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Insights and Analytics - The strategically development of innovative solutions for influencing and reporting, KPIs, capacity planning, cycle time performance, and other analytics & decision making to enhance supply chain performance and governance.
  • Process development, cross functional influence, and Governance - Collaboration with Finance, QA/QC, production, and site leadership to ensure processes are established to maximize performance around supply chain related IPC (International Production Cost) performance. This includes inventory optimization, destruction reporting and minimization, capacity planning, and absorption forecasting and management.
  • Process Training and Administration - Assists with cross functional training on tools used and developed to manage areas of SCM IPC optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Data Science, or Data Engineering required.
  • APICS CPIM, CSCP, and/or CLTD preferred.
  • 5-7 years experience in Supply Chain and/or Finance.
  • Business process knowledge across multiple functional areas and demonstrated ability to influence and apply solutions to business issues.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, & Word.
  • Strong cross functional communication skills

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
