Overview

Paygos is seeking an experienced Sales Director to develop new business across the USA. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of sales success within the pet and veterinary industries and a passion for driving technological innovation and business results. This role focuses on leveraging industry expertise and network to bring in new business.

Responsibilities

- New Business Development: Identify, generate, and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

- Sales Execution: Implement and execute the sales strategies and business plans to drive growth.

- Sales Process Oversight: Monitor sales performance, updated pipeline, and forecasts, making strategic decisions to secure new business.

- Industry Engagement: Attend conferences and events on behalf of Paygos to network and promote the company's solutions.

- Brand Promotion: Identify and implement ways to promote Paygos within target customers, including marketing initiatives and partnership opportunities.

- Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance.

Qualifications

- Experience: Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales roles within the pet and veterinary industries.

- Sales Success: Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, market expansion, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

- Communication: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

- Presentation and Technical Proficiency: Excellent Presentation Skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
