Duties & Responsibilities

  • Performs a variety of administrative activities in support of functional areas such as finance, sales, marketing, purchasing, RD'M, human resources, IT, etc. or for a specific project/business/technical unit.
  • May provide administrative support to individuals as needed.
  • Collects, communicates, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources.
  • Compiles, reviews, and analyzes data.
  • Uses software within functional area to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
  • May design processes to enhance work flow.
  • Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.
  • Works with other members of the team to help resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 1 year or more previous marketing experience or High School degree plus 3-5 years administrative, customer service and/or relevant business experience required.
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and data entry experience.
  • Demonstrated high degree of accuracy, problem-solving and problem resolution as well as attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of Office applications/database.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively communicate without restriction.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
  • Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
