Description: In the rapidly growing and evolving digital marketing landscape, data-driven digital marketing has become an important capability growth area for BIAH. This Associate Director, Digital Program Marketing role will lead the strategy and manage the execution of all consumer journey digital marketing and reporting activities associated with the BIAH US Pet business’ key digital touch points. The focus of the role will be consumer data strategy, collection, maintenance, and activation through Consumer Relationship Management channels and campaigns including email, SMS, social and digital media to support US Pet Brand Marketing business goals and go-to market plans. Duties & Responsibilities: Establishes content strategy and lead execution of content for Client Connection platform. Responsible for using and managing automated marketing systems to build customer journeys in the Client Connection platform. Owns and defines consumer data strategy and activations to support US Pet Brand Marketing business goals and marketing plans. Manages Data & Activation Plans through data collection, processing/data flow, and distribution to activate across all channels. Creates and maintains content calendar by collecting input and collaborating with digital and brand teams to be utilized across all digital channels. Manages and develops relationships with agency partners and internal stakeholders. Works cross-functionally with IT, Brand Teams, Communications, Customer Experience and Digital peers to gain support/buy in to deliver timely implementation of digital marketing campaigns. Manages all Marketing Automation tools to optimize data flow and execution of campaigns. Serve as Subject Matter Expert. Responsible for growing and managing data and activating it in digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as email, SMS, programmatic advertising and social paid & organic. Responsible for creating and managing content across multiple channels and brands. Leads data and analytics and reporting including: Defines data and reporting KPIs. Identifies data sources and calculations. Directs agency partners as needed for reporting support and optimizations. Socializes reports and insights with key stakeholders. Refines and optimize campaigns and data flow, collection, organization/structure, etc. based on reporting insights. Leads Consumer Relationship Management strategy and execution including email, SMS, digital media, and eventually social. Defines and prioritizes audiences/marketing lists. Builds consumer journeys. Develops campaign content and template creation. Oversees campaign deployment including UAT. Manages reporting and optimization/testing. Requirements: Bachelor's degree required. Minimum seven (7+) years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally consumer focused marketing. Ability to travel 10% (overnight travel required). Experience working with Digital Tools & Marketing Technology: Understanding and experience using website analytics tools (preferably Adobe Analytics), data management platforms (DMPs) or customer data platforms (CDP) and website personalization tools (Preferably Adobe Target) Experience working with business partners both internally and externally (agencies). Ability to clearly communicate marketing needs and drive projects through to completion. Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to develop stakeholder relationships as well as collaborate and gain buy in from them in a highly matrix-ed organization. Demonstrated organization, planning & project management skills along with solid decision making & negotiation skills. Proven ability to work on multiple projects & prioritize effectively. Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills. Entrepreneurial drive with proven track record of exceeding financial and other quantitative goals as well as qualitative goals. Preferred Experience: Experience with e-commerce and/or loyalty program platforms. Experience forecasting incremental business goals with an e-commerce solution. Eligibility Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction. Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).
