Description: To oversee and lead development, implementation and monitoring of marketing strategies and oversee and develop staff of marketers. Spend 50% of time focused on Marketing or brand strategy and support implementation. Leads launch and long term growth strategies for Key Accounts, Service Areas or Brands. Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of strategic plans that optimize sales, market share and revenue growth for selected area of responsibilities. Oversight for development of strategic plans and launch plans for a set of brands or focus area in the short and long term. Direct consistent execution of species business plan with internal and external cross functional team ensuring customer centricity goals are met. Responsible for setting internal team expectations and training around customer centricity to ensure customer expectations are exceeded. Identify and act upon insights using market research, industry trends, competitive intelligence, and understanding of therapeutic areas for business portfolio. Ensure team members develop capabilities to use data sources to drive therapeutic areas for desired business results. Forecast and manage net sales and operating expense budget, including appropriate management of brand resources. Oversee the promotional mix -- traditional forms of promotion with newly evolving technologies -- for the individual brand through appropriate resource allocation that meets brand objectives and customer needs. Manage team to develop a robust sales and product supply forecast and ensures key tracking measures are in place. Influence field force to meet and exceed customer expectations by following strategic plans for their entire area of responsibility. Coach, develop and monitor team members' performance including MAG plans, timely feedback. Identify performance challenges, create action plans and monitor effectiveness of action plans. Performs all Company business in accordance with all regulations (e.g. EEO, FDA, OSHA etc.) and Company policies and procedures. When violations are noted/observed they are to be immediately reported to management. Demonstrates high ethical and professional standards with all business contacts in order to main BIAH’s excellent reputation within the community. Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required MBA from an accredited institution preferred Ten (10) years or more previous product marketing, field sales or relevant work experience. Six (6) years marketing experience Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills along with excellent presentation and facilitation skills. Has strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to develop stakeholder relationships. Demonstrated organization, planning & project management skills along with solid decision making & negotiation skills. Proven ability to work on multiple projects & prioritize effectively. Demonstrated strategic thinking, initiative, and creativity and proven track record for innovation. Show agility with a proven ability to develop and evolve strategic & tactical elements based on research data & industry trends. Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate and gain buy in from stakeholders to deliver results in a highly matrixed organization. Entrepreneurial drive with proven track record of exceeding financial and other quantitative goals as well as qualitative goals. Demonstrated ability to lead team members. Previous experience leading a larger scale business project including development & implementation of plan and metrics and achievement of goals. Desired Skills, Experience and Abilities: Three (3) years’ experience in leading people preferred. Experience in leading projects with high visibility is preferred Eligibility Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
