Over three (3+) years of small animal veterinary sales; Animal Science degree preferred.

Position Summary:
A Phibro Territory Specialist position provides you the opportunity to build something from the ground floor with the backing of a leading animal health manufacturer. Success comes from your drive to acquire small animal veterinary hospitals and garner veterinary recommendation through creative approaches that meet current market opportunities. You set your own hours to deliver results. This position works closely with distributor partner(s) and is responsible for this indirect sales team’s engagement and effectiveness in targeted markets.

Key Areas of Focus:

  • Build your business developing relationships and acquiring new customers to achieve sales targets in assigned geography.
  • Develop strong working relationships with Distributor sales management and territory managers (TMs), effective and timely face to face interactions along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Create and execute effective strategies across customer base (veterinarian and distributor) to quickly identify market expansion opportunities.
  • Assist in designing and executing clinic recommendation/endorsement techniques to maximize clinic dispensing and monthly repurchase rates.
  • Handle indirect sales team and account requests with appropriate urgency and
  • Develop and provide technical knowledge of assigned products and services to best meet needs of the customer.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in small animal / veterinary sales
  • Available to travel up to 50%
