(Archived) ISOL Quality Associate (2nd Shift)

Job Description

The Quality Inspector (2nd shift) will support Operations Service lines by performing visual inspection, for conformance with established specifications. You will, complete documentation, paperwork and data entry to support inspection procedures, maintain training records/SOPs. Handle deviation processes and administration. Collect and provide reports and data to management; and assist with completing surveys, audits and certification. Identify and recommend process improvements and new procedures; and assist in implementing changes. Hours will be for 2nd shift 2:30 - 11:00pm Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Agility, attention to detail, exposure or experience in Lean preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Eagerness to learn and grow within the role. Problem solving skills; deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Good PC skills, preferably MS Office. Read and carry out detailed instructions in written, oral or diagram form, comprehend correspondence, memos and SOPs, write correspondence and complete inspection documentation and filing. Self-motivated, can work autonomously and with a team. Physical Demands/Work Environment Regularly required to stand and sit for extended periods; extend and reach with hands and arms; and use hands and fingers to handle, squeeze, twist and manipulate objects, controls and tools. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Regularly perform repetitive bench work.
