Your Role: Retail Product Operations Manager, US Pet Health

This role is responsible for all aspects of development for product line extensions within US Pet Health Retail. This individual works to ensure products are set up in the Elanco system and that all Marketing elements to support our line extensions are developed in coordination with launch. This includes promo mats, digital assets, consumer training working in collaboration with brand. This role works cross functionally within the Retail Operations team to ensure all efforts are coordinated for successful customer and product launches.

Your Responsibilities:

• Product Line extensions set up and developed internally working with brand and operations to ensure on time launches

• Master Data set up of all specifications

• Maintains Specifications in master document for retailers and sales team alike

• Expert Voice Training developed in coordination with brand

• MAP Pricing

• Other responsibilities as determined

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Bachelor’s Degree or comparable relevant experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, retail, or brand strategy

• Organizational skills are imperative

Additional Information:

• Location: Global Elanco Headquarters - Greenfield, IN - Hybrid Work Environment.

• Travel: 25% annually

• This is a banded role P1-P3. Internal hires would come over laterally, consistent with their current level.
