Job Description

As an Instrument Production Operations Lead, you will perform day- to- day activities for staffing, assigning work, coaching and assisting the team wherever needed. You will have opportunity to work in a fast- paced environment. Communicating with other related department to coordinate work and resolve issues as needed. What you can expect in this role Leads work activities of others, coordinating daily activities and providing training, coaching and guidance. Serves as informational resource; ensures work is completed timely and efficiently. Communicates with other related departments to coordinate work and resolve issues as needed. May perform related duties such as scheduling, gathering information, backing up supervisors, serving on project teams, reporting and other responsibilities. Performs regular duties of an individual contributor. High level of detail and organization. What you will need to succeed High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Supervisory skills. In-depth knowledge of area work activities. Organized with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Communication skills, both verbal and written. Positive, can-do attitude.
