Description: Responsible for maintaining Refrigeration records (HVAC) to include data input in the Refrigeration software (RCMS) and Maintenance Database (CMMS), filing of records, issuing of reports, and any upkeep required. Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining compliance requirements for refrigeration equipment at BIAH sites. Perform routine audits in both sites to ensure compliance requirements are exceeded. Address noncompliance issues in a timely manner, with appropriate action plans and required reporting to corporate and regulatory functions. Responsible for maintaining accurate records in RCMS and CMMS systems of refrigerate use, procurement/inventory, and disposal at BIAH sites. Work with engineering, maintenance and EHS personnel to develop appropriate engineering specifications, training, standard operating procedures and preventative maintenance tasks for all new and existing refrigeration equipment. Provide necessary review and oversight of maintenance activities to ensure proper execution. Coordinate with Planner/Scheduler and supervisors to ensure that adequate scheduling information is communicated and that work orders are completed within compliance windows. Manage and track utilities usage to ensure accurate data is available for analysis and global reporting requirements. Provide leadership in site energy committees. Calculate and track savings realized from improvement initiatives. Provide input and submit project IDEA’s into CPT system Prepare and provide regular status updates for Site Services management and senior leadership within BIAH Respond and participate in regulatory audits Requirements: Knowledge (experience) of various computer programs including Microsoft Office programs, and various maintenance databases. Utilization of good people and communication skills (verbal and written). Experience working in team oriented atmosphere. High level of quality of work, attention to details, compliance to established procedures High level of technical knowledge relating to refrigeration equipment and experience with control or management of compliance related documentation. Planning & Organizing Quality Orientation Teamwork Communication Continuous Learning Fast & Focused Execution Physical Demands / Surroundings: Work will be performed in an office setting and any physical demands such as lifting will be minimal. Visual Demands: Much of the work is computer based and will require looking at a monitor for extended periods of time. Temperaments/Mental Requirements: Ability to interact professionally with all personality types. Willingness to assist personnel at all levels from various departments. Level of Proficiency: Power User level or above in Maintenance Database. Administrative level in Refrigerant Tracking Database. Attendance / Schedule: Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM EPA Certification Required Desired Skills, Experience and Abilities: 10 years’ experience in a maintenance or industrial production environment preferred. Eligibility Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
