Job Responsibilities:
-Overall management of Swine business in BI China.
-To build and lead an efficient swine team, to achieve the short-term,mid-term and long-term goals and commit aggressively strategic development in China.
-To collaborate with other functions and operations for sources organized as needed.
-Build and coach an efficient swine team going through by procedures, policies and training as well
-Build a strong service team to be # 1 preferred solution provider by customers
-Propose marketing programs: seminars, advertisement & promotion, launching programs
- Contribute to promotion of profit plan and L ROP
- Define pricing, product positioning and strategy
- Contribute actively to KAM
- Supervise a major KA
-Work closely with Country leadership team and SBU/Corporate to identify, update and layout the mid-term and long-term Company strategy for China
-Develop and be ready for the swine managerial successors and talent pipeline

Qualifications:
-A master degree in business or other faculties, preferably with MBA qualifications.
-10-15 years' solid working experiences with good business acumen in MNCs.
-A deep understanding of animal health industry and market (like macro environment, competitive landscape, future trend, SWOT analysis, etc.), capacity to capture consumers insights and manage multi brands/channel, project management , and communication.
-Knowledge of swine business, KAM, e-commence, branding, distributor management, team management, and business strategy setting.
-Strong capabilities in leadership (leading,developing and coaching an efficient team),especially inspiring, influencing, problem-solving, challenging leadership skills.
-Strategic thinking, analytical ability, detail orientation, teamwork spirit, proactiveness and resilience.
-Proficiency level of English, and a strong writing and presentation ability
-Willing to take challenges and work under high stress
-Strategic planning skills
-Integrity and self-motivation
