Your Role: Service Delivery Manager, IAM and Hybrid Cloud

As the Service Delivery Manager, IAM and Hybrid Cloud, you will be a key member of the Global IT Operations team. In this role, you’ll oversee the delivery and management of our Hybrid Cloud estate and Identity and Access Management (IAM) services across the globe. You’ll partner with stakeholders, vendors, and team members to ensure resilient, scalable, and secure IT services that empower Elanco to operate efficiently and innovate effectively.

Your Responsibilities:

• Own the delivery of Hybrid Cloud and IAM projects, from planning through execution and closure.

• Lead day-to-day service delivery activities, including governance of external partners, risk management, and ITSM compliance.

• Drive collaboration with stakeholders across IT and the business, providing clear communication and project updates.

• Manage team resourcing, capacity, and Agile practices while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Ensure security, privacy, quality, and automation are embedded in all aspects of service delivery.
  

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of experience.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management, service delivery, or IT operations with a focus on Cloud and Identity services.

• Strong skills in project management, communication, and vendor governance.
  

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (preferred qualifications):

• Hands-on experience delivering infrastructure projects in Hybrid Cloud (Azure or GCP) and IAM domains.

• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools and modern project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, Asana).

• Demonstrated ability to manage SoX/GxP compliance and audits.

• Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Travel: Occasional travel may be required.

• Location: Global Elanco Headquarters – Greenfield, IN – Hybrid Work Environment.
