• Maintaining OneStream Configuration: join the team that administers the OneStream platform, ensuring its configurations align with the accounting and reporting needs of the business.
• Optimizing Key Functionalities: Embed OneStream best practices to enhance system functionality.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive the ongoing enhancement of our Global Finance Reporting System (OneStream) to meet the evolving needs of the finance business on a global scale.
• Standardizing Systems and Processes: Standardize finance systems and processes across the organization by deploying future-proof solutions aligned with the industry best practices within OneStream.
• Enhancing User Experience: Focus on improving usability and simplifying system processes to significantly impact user experience positively.
• Supporting Strategic Vision: Support the vision of the finance teams by managing, developing, integrating, and maintaining our OneStream EPM system across all operating companies and functions.
• Reporting and Problem-Solving: Identify common sources of technical issues or questions and devise effective solutions to address them. Support complex production problems and ensure seamless system operation.
• System Integration Processes: Assist in designing, documenting, and maintaining integration processes between OneStream and other systems/data sources, including user account management, business rules, and dashboarding.
• Month-End Close Activities: Support administration of month-end close activities within OneStream to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining comprehensive OneStream administrator and end-user documentation.
• SOX Controls: Ensure ongoing compliance with SOX requirements and perform or review relevant SOX controls.

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting
• Required Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or EPM support
• Comfortable communicating written and verbally across a diverse range of recipients while simplifying technical solutions and working in an ambiguous environment without clearly defined deliverables

• OneStream reporting experience
• Experience being a system administrator for an EPM system (BPC, HFM, TM1, OneStream)
• Experience in a global company with multiple currencies and a dynamic consolidation process

• Travel: <10% annually
