Job Description

As a Business Process Analyst for Corporate Accounts, you will be coordinating and collaborating with various internal departments to achieve the best experience for IDEXX key customers. Main tasks include streamlining information flows, ensuring timelines and processes are adhered to, and creating and delivering mutually beneficial solutions. We work in partnership with the Corporate & Strategic Account team for EMEA(Europe, Middle East, and Africa). The Corporate Accounts are IDEXX’s biggest customers: they are groups of clinics that share the same legal entity and function as one company. They can range from 1 to >1000 clinics. Are you comfortable and curious enough to go behind the rules and look for improvements? And do you want to work in an open and dynamic environment? Then Business Process Analyst might be something for you! Your daily activities will all revolve around Corporate Accounts implementations, reporting, maintenance, and many ad hoc cases. As you’ll be working inside an international environment, good intercultural communication skills are a necessity. Being fluent in English is a requirement, other languages are a plus. Being organized, accurate and good with Excel will help you in your daily activities. Robotic and automation are a big part of our current and future processes, experience with RPA(Robotic Process Automation) is a strong plus. We are looking for someone who is willing to improve not only our processes but also themselves. In this Role you will be: Managing: Implementing terms and conditions for new key customer contracts Processing key customer rebates Invoice correction for large consolidate invoices Membership implementation of key customers into all IDEXX’s lines of business Implementing key customer structures into new countries Mapping processes and create SOPs Creating and executing controls: Maintaining hierarchic structures Terms and conditions of contracts Membership and discount controls Fulfilling invoicing requirements Making process improvements: Redesigning processes to support key customers more efficiently Collaborating with internal and external business partners FP&A Corporate Account Management FBO & Shared Services Financial departments of key customers Customer Support Marketing Commercial Teams Many others What you need to succeed: Analytical mindset Database knowledge Basic coding understanding IT understanding Mathematic mindset Experiences with RPAs (robotics) is a + The above skills apply to the below process: The way we manage Corporate Accounts in the EMEA(Europe, Middle East, and Africa) by coordinating changes and communication across more than 20 teams and many systems, to manage this efficiently we have created some basic automation. Currently, we use Microsoft Power Automate, this has become a fundamental part of our process and we want to make sure to keep on developing and increasing the application of this software. To manage Power Automate is not needed to have developed skills but a minimum of coding and RPAs understanding.
