US Customer Experience is a new function within the US business that is aimed to create a hyper focus on delivering an excellent and constantly improving customer experience. In this role, a strong analytical skill set with the ability to influence and drive change as well as a great understanding of the business will be necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

Distribution/Channel Account Strategy

  • Owns strategic initiatives analysis and delivery in partnership with distribution/channel leaders
  • Support contract build, alignment, tracking and execution for our farm animal distribution/channel accounts
  • Builds and analyzes sales trends, risk/opportunities, inventory opportunities and program analytics within distribution/channel accounts
  • Responsible for coordination of key business and strategic plan analytics in partnership with marketing and business units for business planning and strategic planning exercises
  • Monitors investment areas within distribution/channel strategy and ensures strategy alignment

Distribution/Channel Account Operations

  • Incentive, rebate, and accrual management
  • Calculates and evaluates ROI for marketing fund initiatives
  • Builds and delivers reporting package allowing proper business management, identification of business gaps and takes an active role in investigating and resolving data issues

Sales Force Excellence

  • Defines strategy, improvement, and execution within channel

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-7 years of experience in analytic roles such as finance/analytics/business management
  • Influences complex issues and decisions through effective interpersonal relationships across multiple functions to executive level
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Elanco does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position.
