The Technology Implementation Specialist will support our sales staff, distributors, and customers as well as document and provide feedback to our engineering team. The Technology Implementation Specialist will also provide on-site, and remote troubleshooting, installation startups, and training.
The individual selected will reside in Central Plains Region and support the Central Plains and North American market.
Assist with system setup and configuration.
Remote and on-site troubleshooting.
Remote training and review of system operation.
Maintenance of PC and (ALI) Allflex Livestock intelligence products including software upgrades.
Assist distribution installers and provide onsite and remote assistance.
Organized with the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks.
Weekend and evening phone assistance.
Document software and hardware issues.
Document warranty-related issues.
Develop training materials.
Support the sales process where technical consultation is needed to help sales prospects acclimate with technical information and reports.
Assist with testing, quality control, and documentation.
Work with sales to create site layouts for monitoring equipment.
Track and document incoming calls for failure analysis and escalation.
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with dairy or technical emphasis.
Valid U.S. motor vehicle driver’s license without restriction.
No direct work experience required.
Excellent written, verbal, and Microsoft Office skills.
Willingness to abide by all company policy and approval processes when traveling or purchasing company assets.
Herd Management software experience (DC305, PC Dart, etc.).
