Position can be located at the following sites: Union City, CA; Malvern, PA; Parsippany, NJ or Remote locations

PRIMARY DUTY

The primary purpose of the Technical Support Administrator is to augment the administrative, clerical, call overflow, and data entry needs of the Dx Technical Support Organization.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Assist with overflow calls
  • Moderate to heavy data entry, filing, faxing, emailing
  • Handle shipment requests and generate prepaid return labels. Manage inventory of shipment request parts.
  • Process orders via procurement and supply chain platform
  • Special projects as requested

Additional Skills

  • The candidate must have basic computer skills and possess proven organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure while balancing fluctuating work volumes
  • The candidate must have good oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
  • Works effectively independently as well as with peers, managers, and other departments
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment such as fax machine, photocopier, telephone
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and learn quickly under fast paced environment
  • Ability to type 40 WPM
  • The employee may need to work overtime or work over weekends occasionally.

Physical Abilities:

  • This employee may occasionally be required to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and type.
  • The employee is frequently required to read and sit.
  • The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk and drive.
  • This individual is occasionally required to push, grasp, reach with hands/arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES in accordance with the Company's policies and applicable laws.

  • This position does not have any supervisory experience.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE an equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.

  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • 1+ years’ experience in customer service work, receptionist, operator, and/or data entry
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Experience with CRM systems, ERP systems, and contact center telephone systems preferred

Bilingual considered a plus (French, Spanish, Portuguese)
