Nestlé Purina PetCare Company has an immediate opening for a Logistics Coordinator team member at our Flagstaff, AZ production facility. The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting the loading and unloading of finished product in the warehouse as the weekend warehouse clerk. You will be responsible for maintaining warehouse records and performing all job assignments as directed by Warehouse Team Leaders and Warehouse Manager to insure we meet our warehouse and customer satisfaction goals. The Logistic Coordinator will also assist with the coordination of optimal utilization of SAP/EWM Systems and data maintenance at a functional level for all four warehouse crews.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Execute dock schedule
  • Prioritize and distribute orders to case pickers and loaders
  • Perform routine bin maintenance
  • Maintain Dock & Yard entries
  • Perform month, quarter and year end close
  • Review trailer availability for upcoming schedule
  • Prioritize finish up loads and make product cuts if necessary
  • Coordinate placement of trailers with yard hostler
  • Support forklift operators with product availability and inventory maintenance requests
  • Daily reporting (stock recon, IDOCS)
  • Research inventory variances
Basic Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience: 1+ years of previous work experience in Logistics/Transportation, military or related field
