Description

Ridley Block Operations, part of the Alltech® Feed Division, manufactures and markets block supplements, loose minerals, and dried molasses. Products are sold under highly recognized and proprietary brand names, including: CRYSTALYX®, SWEETLIX®, ULTRALYX® and STOCKADE®. We also offer several controlled and privately labeled products. We are seeking a qualified, energetic, Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team.

Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will help generate and execute on marketing and advertising initiatives for our self-fed supplement business.

Primary Duties (not limited to):

  • Help create and execute digital marketing campaigns for the CRYSTALYX® and SWEETLIX® brands including new projects, branding campaigns, and promotions to drive sales
  • Lead digital marketing projects including the social platform we use to provide content to our dealer customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships and communication with key team members/stakeholders and industry professionals
  • Maintain brand websites for RBO’s four branded product lines
  • Manage customer facing marketing e-mails
  • Help create Social Media posts for our proprietary social channels
  • Manage the production of twice monthly blogs and once monthly podcasts with our technical and sales teams
  • Work closely with other departments within Alltech® to help bring our business strategies to life
  • Other Marketing support duties as outlined by the marketing management group.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • A self-motivating attitude and desire to tackle new projects and ask questions to understand the business and projects at hand
  • A bachelor’s degree in animal science, marketing, advertising, or related discipline
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Experience in agriculture preferred, passion for the cattle industry is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a superior attention to detail, design experience is a bonus but not required
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to properly prioritize projects and simultaneous deadlines
  • Strong diplomacy skills that demonstrate an ability to build rapport across departments and all levels of an organization
  • A team-focused attitude
  • The ability to adapt and remain flexible in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
  • The ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Curiosity and openness that reflect the aspiration to learn and grow
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and other management software
