Reporting to Global Commercial Operations Director this role actively supports development, launch or line extension activities and influences decision-making within the organization. He actively participates in commercial planning efforts by synthesizing and providing unbiased, objectives. He, also, gives support and drives CRM, Marketing Automation and E-Commerce projects across MAHI

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively contribute to CRM development as business partner

  • Marketing Automation tools business readiness and project management

  • Drive Lead Management POC Projects based on defined KPIs across the Regions.

  • Drive e-Commerce projects Road Map.

  • Coordinate Regions in order to manage local e-Commerce initiatives.

  • Support Marketing Dept in developing strategic lead generation initiatives for the designated portfolio

  • Responsibility for projects regarding Market Intelligence associated to the assigned projects at the request of the Global Commercial Operations Director

Required Skills

  • Degree level in digital marketing, engineering business or relevant qualification

  • Comprehensive understanding and experience (min 7 years) of relevant marketing concepts and principles.

  • Experience in Digital marketing, eCommerce or marketing automation platform channels is a must.

  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical sales function and experience in a sales role would be an advantage.

  • Outstanding communication skills - verbal and written – fluency in English a requirement.

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Commercial acumen including good understanding of industry-relevant financial data and the ability to analyse and interpret a range of financial information is essential

  • Ability to obtain, analyse and interpret industry relevant market intelligence and market research data to derive conclusions and recommend creative solutions is essential

  • Good time management, project management and organisational skills

  • Outstanding ability to lead, influence and motivate teams that do and do not report directly into the position

  • MBA Master preferred
