POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a strategically-minded, innovative, people-oriented program manager to support the development of our Next Generation Sales Engine initiative. The purpose of this initiative is to establish new digital omni-channel sales & marketing capabilities. As a Junior Growth Architect, you will be executing on projects that deliver on its vision, and coordinating across multiple teams to advance our capabilities across analytics, lead generation, and sales. Ultimately, your work will transform the marketing & sales function and grow revenue for Zoetis US Petcare.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead multiple concurrent projects focused on improving digital capabilities across marketing, sales, and business analytics
  • Deliver projects from end-to-end, including but not limited to: technology/process improvements, data science capability enhancements, digital marketing and sales campaigns
  • Develop, test, and scale next-generation marketing and sales tactics
  • Propose new and creative approaches to retaining, upselling, and cross-selling customers and converting leads into growth
  • Oversee ongoing execution of campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing, business analytics, finance, net revenue management, sales operations, inside sales, field sales, and various other functions
  • Manage tracking and reporting of data and key KPIs related to campaign performance and business impact
  • Present campaign performance and business impact to senior executives (e.g., revenue, ROI, customer feedback)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3-4 years experience with strategy development, business planning and future visioning
  • Design or product development expertise
  • Background in product prototyping and testing
  • Strong project management and time management skills
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication
  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, business, or related fields

Preferred but not required:

  • Master’s degree (postgraduate, MBA)
  • Experience in consulting or high-growth, startup-style (B2B) marketing and sales
  • Experience with quantitative and economic modeling
  • Experience with sales software and tools such as Salesforce
