POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a strategically minded, innovative, people-oriented program manager to lead and grow our Next Generation Sales Engine initiative. The purpose of this initiative is to establish new digital omni-channel sales & marketing capabilities and scale existing web apps for inside and outside sales teams. As the program lead, you will be guiding its strategic direction, building the product roadmap, designing the projects that deliver on its vision, and coordinating across multiple teams to advance our capabilities across analytics, lead generation, and sales. Ultimately, your work will transform the marketing & sales function and grow revenue for Zoetis US Petcare.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team of commercial product managers and business analysts in maintaining, scaling, and developing data driven platforms that drive sustainable revenue growth
- Ensure program efforts contribute to the company’s overall go-to-market strategy and business objectives
- Lead multiple concurrent projects focused on improving digital capabilities across marketing, sales, and business analytics
- Deliver projects from end-to-end, including but not limited to technology/process improvements, data science capability enhancements, digital marketing and sales campaigns
- Oversee roll-out, change management and user adoption programs for new and existing platforms
- Develop, test, and scale next-generation marketing and sales tactics
- Propose new and creative approaches to retaining, upselling, and cross-selling customers and converting leads into growth
- Establish and manage budgets for technical needs, resources, professional services, agencies, vendors, media, etc.
- Collaborate with marketing, business analytics, finance, net revenue management, sales operations, inside sales, field sales, and various other functions
- Manage tracking and reporting of data and key KPIs related to campaign performance and business impact
- Work closely with Technical team of Data Engineers, Data Scientists and Software Developers to translate business needs into product strategy
- Work closely with Marketing Engine Lead and Digital Marketers, who will be responsible for designing and executing individual campaigns/projects

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 6-8 years of proven experience in general management, marketing, strategy, or product management
- Knowledge of current practices, trends, and technology used in digital marketing and sales
- Excellent project management and time management skills
- Experience leading a cross-functional team
- Strong analytics background, with experience tracking and measuring success of large-scale programs or platforms
- Strong written and interpersonal communication
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, business, or related fields
Preferred but not required:
- MBA
- Experience as a people manager
- Experience in high-growth, startup-style marketing and sales, primarily for B2B
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau
- Experience with sales software and tools such as Salesforce
- Familiarity with the following techniques: SEO, SEM, DMPs, social media, paid media, mobile native and web, programmatic display, email marketing, etc.
