Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for all digital campaign efforts to help strengthen brand awareness, extend the audience reach and support an array of Corporate Public Affairs & Communications initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and build the corporate digital marketing programs from the ground up. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise with various digital ad platforms, a rigorous data-driven approach to campaign optimization, and a can-do attitude in different projects. This role will collaborate with the Corporate Public Affairs & Communications team, marketers across the globe and other key stakeholders to identify new opportunities to deliver our vision for the Zoetis brand.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Audience Development

  • Partner with communications and marketing leaders to optimize audience segmentations and corresponding channel strategies
  • Align targeting tactics with the corporate website’s audience and journey mapping strategies
  • Work closely with Corporate Communications to leverage the on-going content to grow Zoetis’ social media followers and engagement rate and CEO and key executive profiles

Campaign Management

  • Work as part of an integrated corporate marketing team to ensure continuity of brand story across channels (website, social media, advertising, customer experience, etc.)
  • Manage PPC, display, paid social, video and SEM campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, Twitter in addition to other platforms
  • Optimize ad groups/keywords, bidding and targeting strategies to maximize ad spend and improve return on investment
  • Develop A/B testing strategies to improve ad creatives and increase conversion rate
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications to sync the digital campaigns calendar with the editorial calendar to ensure interconnectedness and maximum media exposure

Analysis & Reports

  • Create a central dashboard to monitor the health of marketing channel mix using key KPIs such as total impressions, engagement metrics, followers growth, contact acquisition, etc.
  • Assess the effectiveness of campaigns and implement ongoing improvements to drive impact
  • Interpret data and distill actionable insights to advise future campaign strategies and share with colleagues

Best Practices Sharing

  • Collaborate with internal digital teams in efforts to optimize in channel efficiency within the context of the full funnel plan and B2B2C strategies
  • Serve as a domain expert to share the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and bring tools to the team
  • Be a trusted partner to our stakeholders to provide counsel and support to an array of business initiatives

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in digital marketing with hands-on media buying and media planning experience
  • Well-versed in Google AdWords (search, display, video), Bing Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
  • Strong analytical skills including thorough understanding of Google Analytics
  • Experience with different marketing platforms and campaign management tools, such as Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Salesforce, and more
  • Creative development and production experience a plus
  • Accountability for owning projects and strong ability to manage multiple priorities with great attention to detail and a sense of urgency
  • Strong communications skills and ability to influence stakeholders beyond his/her own department
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive management skills (self-driven, self-motivated, “can do” attitude with emphasis on solutions)
  • Collaborative, team-oriented and possess a strong desire for continuous learning
