- Implement and manage our social media strategy
- Create, maintain, and grow audience and engagement on social networks, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram
- Support and manage social media for CEO
- Work with copywriters, designers and media producers to ensure content is engaging, informative and appealing
- Need to be willing to experiment and innovate to create compelling content, both visually and in terms of copy
- Generate creative campaigns and measure success
- Create platform specific strategies based on brand campaigns and initiatives
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Collaborate with and train in best practices with global colleagues across company departments
- Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Collaborate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Creatively engages customers, partners and influencers
- Resolve customer issues through social media
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience of social media management experience
- Preferred experience working with a global brand(s)
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and social media best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with audience and buyer persona research
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, PR or related field
- Familiar with creative media platforms such as Canva and Wave.video
