Job Description
Responsible for transferring new products/technologies to the site with the quality, cost and timing defined by the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and leadership for API, RM and packaging qualification and transfer activities for oral dose pharma products.
- Championing the resolution of technical issues; assisting in the identification of root causes, developing recommendations and supporting implementation efforts.
- Ensure continuous improvement of oral dose manufacturing processes and improve process capability.
- Make decisions on short and long term project objectives, manage associated subprojects with cross functional representatives.
- Manage appropriate and timely communicate on objectives and priorities within the project teams, across the site and to external stakeholders.
- The function does not have people management accountabilities
Qualifications (Training, Education & Prior Experience)
Education
- Degree in Pharmacy, Biology/Microbiology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience.
Experience
- Min 3 years of experience in Pharma Operations (Validation, Supply, Quality, Manufacturing, Formulation)
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation and manufacturing would be an advantage.
- Technical knowledge of drug product manufacturing processes and the equipment/facility used.
- Demonstrate project and people management experience. Capacity to influence others.
- Organizational and Planning skills, able to work in autonomous way or with teams, work proactivity and high communication skills.
Other Skills
- Knowledge of cGMP's and EHS standards
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing)
