- Performing QMS checks on production floor and completing required paperwork/Redzone checks Including investigation of non-compliance.
- Update and maintain raw and finish specifications.
- Interpret data and evaluate trends.
- Drive First Time Quality (FTQ) and other quality initiatives.
- Assist and performs PPSR’s.
- Maintain Hold and Incident databases.
- Update SOP’s, QMS, Reference Documents etc.
- Lead special projects as assigned.
- Provide quality training to other employees as needed.
- Enter results into company databases.
- Follows Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Supports the NCE (Nestlé Continuous Excellence) process, TPM and the North America Blueprint for Success.
- Complete lab test as assigned
