Ensure personal compliance with Alltech Quality Management System and all applicable safety and environmental requirements, regulations, and guidelines. Operates manual, semi-automated and automated equipment used in production to include bulk ingredient hoist(s), conveyors, ingredient mixers, and bagging equipment.

Troubleshoots equipment and manufacturing process. Maintains and cleans manufacturing areas, equipment, and materials as required by Alltech procedures.

Performs material handling tasks to transport, load and unload materials to and from work areas.

Hand scan product codes and document material item numbers.

Ability to run, maneuver, navigate, or drive mechanized equipment, including lift trucks, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.

Good mechanical aptitude, detail orientation, and initiative to work in fast-paced, changing environment. Flexible can-do attitude and strong work ethic.

Positions very in shifts and work Monday through Friday.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, the ability to lift 50-55 lbs., and the ability to work any shift. Forklift experience is a plus. Respirator use required. Must be able to pass a post-offer physical and drug screen as well as continual random screening. Background checks are also required.

Pay: $16.50-18.00 based on experience.
