Position Summary:

The Director of Talent, Inclusion and Engagement is a key role on the Talent, Diversity and Inclusion center-of-excellence team. This position has responsibility for providing thought leadership and project management for inclusion, engagement and development programs, processes and tools that strengthen our diversity practices and foster an inclusive, high performance culture. Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent, Engagement and Inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create programs, materials, and tools for all things diversity, equity and inclusion and engagement in alignment with our Talent, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (TDE&I) strategy
  • Design, implement, and manage inclusion and engagement programs at scale for our colleagues, managers, and leaders
  • Manage development processes and programs that foster an inclusive and equitable culture, drive high performance, and optimize the skills and talents of colleagues across the employee lifecycle
  • Support individual and team development and performance through consultation, workshop design and facilitation
  • Manage the 360-feedback survey process to ensure a feedback-enabled culture
  • Develop metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of efforts
  • Identify insights that will drive continuous improvement; start to assess and predict needs as the business grows
  • Collaborate and partner with HRBPs and business leaders to evaluate inclusion and engagement needs and provide solutions
  • Provide guidance and support to Colleague Resource Groups in alignment with our TDE&I strategy
  • Collaborate with Corporate Affairs & Communications on DE&I communications strategy and execution
  • Remain current on talent development and DE&I approaches, trends, and guidelines

Qualifications (Training, Education, & Prior Experience):

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required, Master’s Degree preferred
  • Desired areas of study include Human Resources, Organizational Behavior or Applied Psychology
  • Additional training/certification in instrumentation, tools or practices desirable

Experience:

  • 10 years direct experience in the design, development and implementation inclusion and engagement programs; global perspective preferred
  • Recent experience in the area of diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I)
  • Program and project management experience
  • Experience using HRIS and e-talent systems (Workday experience a plus)

Knowledge, Skills, Ability Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of talent development and DE&I functional areas
  • Proven track record of leadership, sense of urgency, and proactive decision-making capabilities
  • Microsoft office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence and engage others without authority
  • Able to operate independently and with limited direction
