(Archived) Indirect Sales & Account Analyst
Job Description
The Indirect Sales & Account Analyst is responsible for the maintenance of Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) membership and customer hierarchy structures within the Customer Operations team. In addition, the Analyst is responsible for the processing and accuracy of indirect sales transactions and works with both Zoetis Internal Teams and Suppliers to support accurate sales data exchanges within the organization. We are looking for highly motivated candidates with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains and processes enrollments for all GPO memberships in coordination pricing and rebate analysts.
- Creates and maintains customer hierarchy structures in support of pricing and rebate programs.
- Coordinates and consolidates SAP payment account requests and notifies team once the new account is linked in NARC/DMR.
- Coordinates account and GPO member updates ensuring seamless notifications to distribution.
- Manages and responds timely to all inquiries submitted to Cust Ops Team mailboxes.
- Monitors and analyzes indirect transactions to ensure customer contracted pricing is correctly applied by our distributor partners.
- Supports all transactional processes related to indirect sales data, including EDI, File Imports and Vetstreet.
- Partners with Zoetis customers and EDI clearinghouse (DXC) to resolve suspended data, conversion errors, incompatibilities and submission delays.
- Monitors daily transmission of all incoming electronic data interchange (EDI) sales feeds and conducts transactional analysis to troubleshoot reported file discrepancies.
- Researches and responds to a variety of sales data related inquiries in a timely manner.
- Applies creative solutions to reduce time spent on daily activities and improve accuracy with indirect sales data.
- Creates and maintains a variety of data maps which include: AHN Database, Distributor Cross Reference tables and Reported Price Variances.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree strongly preferred or two years of experience in professional workplace.
- Minimum one year experience in a customer oriented, database management or comparable position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel skills required.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Zoetis accounts, products, pricing.
- Process oriented; able to contribute in creating new procedures.
- Strong customer service commitment and orientation are critical to this role
