This position provides high quality executive administrative support to the VP and other members of the Regulatory & Scientific Affairs team using effective communication skills, high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, along with the satisfaction and desire to help the RSA department and Nestle Purina succeed. Responsibilities involve executive level support of the VP in the areas of calendar and meeting organization, travel, expenses, budget, communication, presentation preparation, correspondence, notarizing documents, as well as, a variety of project activities.
Manages Vice President’s calendar, schedule meetings, maintain travel itineraries and arrangements and prepare expense reports. May assist in reviewing budget and related expenses
Perform advanced and diversified assignments of a confidential nature for VP and the Leadership Team of RSA
Creates PowerPoint presentations. Composes, proofreads, & formats correspondence, and perform project activities related to the organization function
Makes independent decisions regarding planning, organizing and scheduling work.
Support associate administration and purchasing needs. Manage the department Purchasing card (P-Card) and on-line requisitioning system.
Under direction, conduct label review proof reading as needed to ensure compliance of regulated elements of packaging, labeling materials and web site information
Assist with preparation of RSA trainings and presentations
Notarize department documents as needed
High School Diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred
5+ years of work experience providing senior level, Executive Administrative support
Strong organizational skills along with ability to handle concurrent, multiple tasks. Strong analytical and proofreading skills. Knowledge of company structure, organization policies, practices and procedures preferred. Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience with Teams, Skype and SharePoint preferred.
