Job Description

Performance Livestock Analytics (PLA), acquired by Zoetis in April 2020, is a technology company that simplifies data and analytics for the livestock industry. As part of Zoetis, the digital platform is helping to accelerate progress in precision livestock farming and improve sustainability of producers’ operations.

The PLA customer base has grown rapidly since the first customer started using Performance Beef in 2017. Much of the success has been credit to the ease of use of the digital platform as well as the culture created by the PLA team. With over 96% customer satisfaction scores and 95% retention, the customer success team is an integral part of the business at PLA.

As part of our customer success-focused, results-driven organization you'll be responsible for maintaining a high standard of customer experience and driving sustainable, long-term customer adoption of PLA products.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Demonstrate a strong ability to communicate and build relationships with customers
  • Possess a strong ability to solve problems and show interest in learning PLA products
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Be self-motivated, team-oriented and proficient with technology.
  • Be interested in learning about the cattle industry

Requirements: tools and tech

  • Manage customer support phone line to troubleshoot and solve customer issues
  • Onboard new customers via video conferencing
  • Serve as the primary source of communication between PLA and customers
  • Effectively utilize CRMs in order to maximize customer retention
  • Build advocates among existing customer base
  • Create quality internal and external communication content
  • Analyze data to provide informed suggestions for improved customer software use
  • All other tasks as needed by The Company
