Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or marketing

5-7 years’ experience in a communications-focused role within agriculture industry

Strong diplomacy skills with the ability to build rapport across departments and throughout all levels of the organization

Excellent organization, time-management, prioritization, and verbal and written communication skills with a superior attention to detail

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality


Team-focused mindset with an ability to build consensus and alignment

Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment


Bilingual or multilingual

Curiosity and an openness that reflects the desire to learn and grow within the company
