Job Description

The Future Talent Program features Cooperative (Co-op) education that lasts up to 6 months and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Animal Health can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

This position supports the Strategic Customer Engagement team as well as the Global Key Account Management team. This person will work the Directors of Customer Engagement and the Global Key Account directors for EURAM, the Americas, Asia Pacific and Global Companion, and their respective teams. In addition, this person will work directly with the head of Customer Engagement and Global Key Accounts in those disciplines, as well as Consumer Affairs, Market Access and Sustainability projects. This department functions and collaborates transversally with the global marketing species, with Global Integrated Marketing, and with the different countries and regions.

Responsibilities will include assisting with project coordination, support with workshops and meetings, managing outside vendors, communicating with various departments and countries. Individual must be a good communicator and a pro active self starter who requires minimal supervision and can operate in an ambiguous environment. Must be comfortable in a matrix organizational structure and be able to easily shift from one task to another.

Education Requirements

  • Must be currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in business and/or life sciences

Qualifications

  • Self starter, requires minimum supervision.

  • Able to manage multiple projects across different departments.

  • Comfortable with potentially ambiguous situations or having to make decisions with minimal information.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Able to communicate effectively, written and verbally.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Power Point

Preferable

  • Past experience in life sciences or corporate setting.
