Located in North America’s wind belt, Davenport is at the forefront of renewable energy technology and has remained home to our largest manufacturing facility since 1927. Originally producing cereal, the factory became a pet food-only manufacturer in the late ‘90’s and as the largest pet food manufacturing facility in the U.S., it carefully produces, packages and ships several varieties of our Dog Chow®, Puppy Chow®, Alpo®, Beneful®, Nestlé Purina ONE®, Cat Chow®, Kitten Chow®, Friskies® and Kit N Kaboodle® brands.
As a Production Data Coordinator you will work closely with various teams within the factory to support the collection, entry and reporting of manufacturing records and inventory management functions. Your role directly affects costing, material requirements planning and performance reporting. As well as reconciling/monitoring all movements, consumptions, and declarations of raw materials/final product documents within the factory, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records.

- Enter and validate production data.
- Monitor and correct errors within the system.
- Validate and monitor stock rotation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records between warehouse and inventory systems.
- Monitor critical ingredient measurements.
- Develop action plans for process failures in production.
- Provide timely feedback to plant production and material handling personnel.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years of materials accounting or production systems experience in a manufacturing, production, military or related environment
- Accounting experience preferred (not required)
