Job Description
TEEMA has recently partnered with a local Veterinarian practice in Salt Lake City, Utah that is seeking a caring DVM to join this incredible clinic's staff.
This practice is one of highest rated veterinary centers in Utah and has a variety of industry partners ranging from Hill's, Royal Canin, Advanced Veterinary Care, bluepearl, Merry Pets, UVMA, AVMA, and more!
They offer services ranging from wellness exams, internal medicine, vaccinations, dental care, surgery, and prescriptions.
The team is well supported by techs and always have 2 techs per doc plus one floater. Sometimes more on surgery days, depending on the surgery!
Schedule: 4 days/week (days to be determined), Every other Saturday - 1/2 day
General responsibilities/scope:
- Diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries
- Wellness exams and vaccinations
- Preventative Care
- Dental care
- Surgical procedures
- Counseling
- Client education (preventative care, nutrition, etc.)
Compensation/Benefits:
- $140,000.00/year annual salary or higher with bonuses
- Health, Dental and Vision insurance
- 401K plan to be instituted within the next year
- $3000/year continuing education
- Relocation assistance
- 2 weeks vacation/PTO to start, 1 week added after your first year
